About Nick

Founder & President

 

  • Nicholas Ranko was born and raised in Boston, MA. In 2006, Nick enlisted in the US Marine Corps as an Engineer and attended many engineering programs while serving in the Marines including the respected Journeyman course in St. Louis, MO. Nick later served in Iraq and after his honorable discharge in 2010, he attended Towson University in Maryland. There, he participated in their Division IAA football program and earned his bachelor’s degree.

  • Since moving to Charleston in 2013, Nick has worked for several premier construction companies in the low country. Nick has a vast wealth of knowledge in both Construction Management and Land Development. Nick recently graduated with his Masters in Business from The Citadel in 2020 where he served as the treasurer of The Student Veteran Association. Nick hopes to lead the industry and shift the paradigm from our office to the field, to improve the value to our clients.

  • Nick lives downtown with his wife, Janine, and their German Shepherd, Duke. He enjoys playing golf, fishing, hunting, and volunteer work.
